UBIQ is a fork of ethereum, they share the code and are very similar.

Even if the price tanked since reaching over 40k satoshis 2 years ago (and going under 1000), the team continued the development and with all the news on Defi and the high gas prices on ETH they're launching a UBIQ DEX, that is basically a clone of uniswap.
