If this program is running in your area, I honestly cannot find a caveat or flaw with it. I earn about 5 dollars in cash back when ever I fill up my car! There are random bonuses Upside will give you in app to earn even more. On your first fill up you get a bonus of at least 15 cents on top of the current offer per gallon. (I almost hit 10 dollars back with my first fillup!!)
There is no draw back to using this app! Unless you count having a bit of extra money a draw back ;)
