At first the list of the Ingredients:-
- Ripe tamarind: 1/4 cups
- Sugarcane molasses: 1 cup
- 3 cups of cold water
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey. (Optional)
Steps of the recipe:-
Step 1
Keep the tamarind in half cup of water for half an hour. After that, strained it by a strainer.
Step 2
Stir the molasses in one and half cup of water until it melted properly. Then strain it by a soft cloth.
Step 3
Combine the molasses and tamarind together and add rest of the water. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve the drink with ice cubes.
