Good day to all. I am going to share another recipe of meat. It is called "Meatloaf". It can be called a meat bread. It is usually made by mixing beef meat with bread. Although it is not common in all country but it is the most popular food in the West. It ca be served in the morning as breakfast and quite delicious to eat.

At first a brief info of the recipe:

  • Preparation Time: 20min
  • Cook Time: 20min
  • Ready Time: 40min
  • Yield: 1 Serving Dish
  • Servings: 4 Persons
  • Cuisine: Western

Now let's start the main part of the recipe.

List of the ingredients:

  • Beef (minced): 1 cup
  • Bread: 4 Pieces
  • Onion (chopped): 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Chili: 1 tablespoon
  • Hot spices: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: As quantity
  • Ghee: 2 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce:1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoon
  • Grated Cheese: 1/4 cup

Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Put the bread in water and squeeze it to remove water from it.

Step 2
Mix minced beef, onion, chili, coriander leaves, hot spices and salt together with bread.

Step 3
Smear 1 teaspoon of ghee on a bowl.

Step 4
Pour the mixture into the bowl and level it.

Step 5
Spread the Chili and tomato sauce on it.

Step 6
Put the grate cheeses on the top of the mixture and bake it in microwave oven for 8 minutes.

Step 7
Serve the tasty meatloaf.
