"Aamla" or "Indian gooseberry" is a kind of herbal fruit. Aamla Juice is a popular and healthy juice. It contains plenty of vitamin C and mineral which is very useful for us. It helps to remove constipation, asthma, to remove stomach problems and to increase the amount of hemoglobin in the blood. But the taste of raw Aamla is not good. So follow this recipe to make Aamla juice which will be good to eat.

Now, Let's start the recipe.

At first the list of ingredients:

  • Aamla: Large 4 pieces or medium 6-8 pieces.
  • Sugar: 4 teaspoons
  • Honey: 4 teaspoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • White cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ice Cube: Some

Steps of the recipe:

Step 1

At first chopped well the aamla fruits and remove the beans.

Step 2

Smashed the aamla and make a paste well with a little water.

Step 3
Now make it strained by a strainer.

Step 4
Add remaining ingredients except ice cubes and blend them with plenty of water.

Step 5
Serve in a glass with ice cubes.
