Different Kind Of Yougurt Drink Making Recipe. Very Special For Digestion

Today I am going to share a delicious beverage making recipe that helps digestion. It is a popular drink in Bangladesh and India. The name of this drink is "BORHANI". It is usually served after eating fried rice and meat in a wedding feast or festival. A glass of Borahani is very useful after eating a lots of meal.

Borhani is very easy to make, and it does not take much time to prepare.

So, let's see a brief info about this recipe.

  • Preparation Time: 15min
  • Cook Time: 5min
  • Ready Time: 20min
  • Yield: Six Cups
  • Servings: Six Person
  • Cuisine: Bengali

Now let's start the main part of the recipe. At first the list of the ingredients.

  • Sour yogurt: 2 kgs
  • Mustard powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: Half teaspoon
  • Black salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Mint leaf paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Fried Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seed Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: As quantity of yogurt. Remember that, Borahani should not be very thin.

Steps of the recipe:-

Step 1
Mix all the spices with two cups of water and strained it.

Step 2
Strained the yogurt with thin cloth.

Step 3
Mix all ingredients together very well and refrigerate it. Serve it cold.
