Guys I am proud today.

I am really excited because i wrote my first eBook and i just published that.

My first pages were written when i was in Saudi Arabia, first time living outside my country, Greece.

I was trying to express my thoughts about the social problems and how to deal with them.

Then i decide to write my Ebook both in Greek and English language.

At first everything seems difficult. The first thing we do when you are born is cry. It makes sense to cry because you are coming to a new environment with new conditions and you do not have the physical and mental defenses to deal with them. But all this is obtained. With effort, time, perseverance and patience you can turn crying into laughter and ignorance into knowledge.

Whatever you value, it controls you. Whatever happens to you indifferently hardly oppresses you the nights before you go to sleep.

We live in many different situations that make us wiser and bring us closer to what many call God.

But the most important thing for me is to find balance through many alternative and different ways.

Progress came to our society, I believe, because of movement and not because of immobility. The different way of thinking led us to evolution and not the constant repetition which is also useful without having to become as necessary as an addiction. That is why run physically. and spiritually. Run and move away from your cell.

The joy and laughter we made together as children do not last forever.
Good things come hard and if you want to change the world, start with yourself first.
