An Essential List of 5 Youtube Channels Worth Your Time

5 YouTube Channels Worth Your Time

By Sara Spa | Daily Life | 16 Jul 2020

I am a bit of a video-watching addict and I must admit I spend too much time on YouTube. There is a weird mix of topics I'm interested in and I like to believe I learn a lot from all the videos I watch, so today I bring you another 5 suggestions for channels you might like. You can check my first list of recommendations here.

1. Mike Boyd

This is an average Scottish dude who is motivating his viewers by learning everything and anything and doing it fast and effective. He has learned many things over the years such as solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded, holding his breath for 4 minutes and breaking a glass using just his voice. My favorite videos are the ones where he re-tries all the things he learned over the years in one video.

2. Jelle's Marble Runs

This channel has taken YouTube by storm, especially during the tough COVID-19 pandemics times when the sports industry has suffered a lot. They have managed to get some amazing partnerships this year such as with "Envision Racing" and "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver" who are currently sponsoring Marble League 2020 which is an Olympics event for marbles (#QuackAttack).

3. Hevesh5

Do you like those satisfying videos circling around the internet? Well, this channel is a holy grail of satisfying videos for me and with an amazing and positive person behind it all. Lily is a domino artist making engaging videos about dominoes, domino community and some comedy sketches as well. Recently, she hosted on her channel The Ultimate Domino Battle where two teams competed in building and toppling the best domino setup.

4. White House on the Hill

Want to learn how to incubate duck eggs, raise emus, milk a cow and grow your own food? All of that and more is what folks at the White House on the Hill are doing. They have an amazing array of domesticated animals at their homestead and it is fun and engaging to watch them interact and take care of them. I'm looking forward to the aviary they are planning to build so there should be some fun content from them in the future.

5. Annika Victoria

Are you into sewing? Probably not. But if you watched Annika's channel, you might just become. She is funny, she is smart, she is creative. And she is good at making (sometimes weird) videos.

That's the end of the list. Did you find something you like? What channel do you recommend I check out? Let me know in the comments below.
