Flip flop, flip, flop
Droplets of rain fell from the sky Like little diamonds shining in glee
How I envy them for I wanted to be free Little adventures written on a book Despite all of these I couldn't bear to look How majestic the outside world must be Yet, I couldn't dare to step foot to see There is fear, but something else I think Sitting by the window, slowly as I shrink con, I don't know, maybe that's what it feels As time passes by, my heart starts to scream
"It's just a little rain," is what I say Then why is it flooding at the river bay? Storm formed within as I started to recall
What my soul has to say! Enduring the pain that never ends So is my journey without courage Sadness may be my one and only friend Who says, "Follow me," then he took my hand Somehow the room turned into unending storm,
As pale white snow began to fall Heat started to fade from my inner core And so I wondered "Where might be the door?"
