Does infusing the wealthy with more capital initiate more economic spending or does spending towards the masses entail a more massive economic impact?

We will soon find out. 

 I assume the amount of money going to those that need it will be spent much more readily than those given to billionaires. 

It is obviously basic economics, but it may take a model,o or a live experiment, to change the mind of those not educated in mass economics;

and when I say those not educated in mass economics I mean those who have yet to study the minds of Marx and Engels which are definitely not a part of western economic theory.

The U.S. Government must do what is necessary to fix the problem, if they do it the best way possible it will be most evidently be a historic revelation of the way things should be, however if they do not this could be the end of capitalism.... so either way WE win.
