At HRMCon 2026 on Sept 10th I’m looking ahead to 2030 as cybersecurity must become increasingly autonomous and continuously adaptive to defend against AI-enabled threats operating at machine speed. Technology will leap forward, but accountability will remain.

My tentative keynote agenda:

AI Is Rewriting the Rules of Cybersecurity

  1. The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday — AI is outpacing the security built to protect it.
  2. AI Enhanced Risks Are Compounding — The attack surface is growing and so are attacker capabilities.
  3. How We Must Adapt Cybersecurity — Those who act now will hold the strategic advantage.
  4. Greater Trust Expectations, Same Accountability (you still own it)! — The risks are changing, but accountability isn’t.

It will be a fun talk!
