The crypto market has spent several weeks going nowhere. These scenarios provoke frustration and increase the probability of mistakes.
On Friday, I made an important update ( BTC/SOLANA: Important Update(August 14, 2026) ) because the implicit risk of trading that day was simply too high. Personally, I decided to step away from the charts and wait until the market opens this Sunday at 18:00h NY.
From that moment on, I’ll refocus my attention on 61300 for Bitcoin — not to trade it directly, but to look for confirmation to buy SOL in the zone we’ve been monitoring for weeks.
* Important note: In this new week, at least during the first three days, it’s not necessary for price to reach 61300. In this particular case (first three days of the week), the 62300–61300 range is the potential reversal zone. That’s the area I’ll use for a possible BTC buy and confirmation to buy SOL.
* Another key point: Unlike the accumulation I needed to see in Solana (as I mentioned Friday), during the first three days of this new week (starting Sunday at 18:00h NY), it’s not mandatory for price to consolidate in our buy zone. For me, it will be enough to see a drop into those levels. That would be my confirmation.
If by Thursday BTC and SOLANA haven’t reached the buy levels, then the narrative changes and a new analysis will be required.
