The week will end in a few hours, and the levels identified in Friday's analysis ( BTC: Welcome to the New Generational Accumulation Zone. ) held true.
However, I don't rule out another move below the current low of 60k.
For this week, I'm going to mark key levels, both in terms of price and Fibonacci retracements, and I'll be focusing all my attention on them.
This latest bearish impulse has created a range, and within this range, I'm only interested in the 0.5 and 0.375 Fibonacci levels. Now let's see where these levels intersect:
The 0.5 Fibonacci level intersects with the monthly open (MO) and the weekly high we've seen so far (PWH).
The 0.375 Fibonacci retracement level intersects with last week's CME gap in the 84273 area.
Below, we have:
0.5 Fibonacci level at 71000
PWL at 60000
PML at 58946
0.375 Fibonacci level at 57000
Considering that the market now needs to establish a floor, the most likely movement for the coming days and weeks is range-bound trading.
Therefore, seeing the price at the top of the range will be an opportunity to look for sell signals.
And seeing it at the bottom will be an opportunity to look for buy signals.
*(I've added other important price levels that could influence the short term, such as the monthly futures open at 77249, the weekly futures close at 70358, and the 2021 highs at 69000 and 64854).
*(The futures opening price needs to be updated when the markets open in 3 hours).
For now, I'm not interested in exploring other scenarios, and I will maintain this one for the next 15 days, unless the structure breaks down.
