US indices have reached new all-time highs.
This changes the entire narrative we've been evaluating over the past few weeks.
It's true that such an explosive and vertical move can be considered somewhat inorganic, and we will obviously see a pullback (of varying depth) at some point, but for now, we have no reference point while new price levels are being discovered.
Therefore, the first signal from now on will be a pause in this upward trend, because that slowdown will mark the ceiling before the pullback.
BTC
Now Bitcoin has a clearer configuration.
It is very close to the selling zone we have identified in recent analyses.
If we see the price stall in the FVG-M zone, and at the same time the US indices pause and begin to form a ceiling, then Bitcoin has the potential to fall back to 60k.
This bearish scenario can be invalidated if the price manages to move above the FVG-M on daily, weekly, or monthly candles.
If this happens, the next move will be towards the Year Opening (YO).
In conclusion:
I will avoid trading the US indices because the risk/reward ratio is no longer favorable for my strategy, but I will use them to confirm the potential bearish move in BTC.
