Good morning to all readers.
Crypto payments are growing more and more.
According to a new study, more than half of Americans believe that using crypto payment offers businesses a competitive advantage.
According to a recent survey conducted by payments network Mercuryo, 57 percent of respondents felt that accepting bitcoin payments will provide businesses with a competitive advantage. More than a third of businesses indicated that consumers have asked to pay in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or other digital money.
Customers agreed, with 58 percent of buyers wanting cryptocurrencies to be accepted as a form of payment, according to Mercuryo's survey. It should come as no surprise that calls to accept crypto payments are increasing, as a third (34%) of UK financial organizations currently make payments via the Blockchain.
The recent announcement that Visa is launching its own crypto consulting service to help customers navigate the world of cryptocurrencies reflects this need. With fintechs clamoring to leverage crypto technology, major industry players like Revolut are already considering launching their own crypto exchange to broaden their offering, indicating a potential new era for the widespread acceptance of digital currencies in the financial services environment.
"Our survey shows that 75% of all large companies believe that cryptocurrencies at some point will be integrated into all forms of financial services." Says Petr Kozyokov, CEO and cofounder of Mercuryo
Smaller companies, such as e-bike vendors, shoe manufacturers, and fintech startups, have stated their belief in cryptocurrencies as a corporate asset in a series of interviews on The Situations. Despite the fact that bitcoin and cryptocurrency payments represent a small part of their total sales, they claim that it is a valuable and growing service.
Bitpay, Coinbase, and Block, for example, are always willing to help companies make the switch to receiving cryptocurrency payments. However, receiving your paycheck is not as simple as in cryptocurrency - a fast-growing trend that will attract high-ranking employees by 2022.
"Building these complex crypto infrastructures internally usually takes years," Kozyokov noted. "There are still barriers to implementation that are slowing the pace of adoption," as with new technologies.
Small business owners are not afraid to admit that they believe digital assets will play an important role in their operations in the coming years. Although only a small percentage of them already accept Bitcoin, most believe that other types of assets will be accepted in the coming years. Most cryptocurrency exchanges are currently being used to help with crypto payments.
According to the survey, 33 percent of respondents said that a lack of regulatory clarity in the market is a barrier to participation, while 27 percent said scams are a concern and 28 percent are worried about exchange rate volatility.
The Bitcoin price continues in an uptrend above the $49,060 price area and well above the 100 EMA (H1).
Bitcoin price in the sessions, after strong consolidations between the price areas of U$48,100 and U$49,280, started with strong positive developments to above the price areas of U$49,000, U$50,000, and U$51,000 where it even tested the price area of U$51,498.
Now at the time of writing the Bitcoin price is tracking in the U$51,240 price area.
It will be necessary for the Bitcoin price to follow with consolidations above the EMA 5 or even above the U$50,500 price area where the EMA 20 is located for a test in it, and to come back with the positive developments for the attempts of the positive advances above the big resistance of the U$51,500, and to follow for testing in the U$52,000 price area.
If the Bitcoin price fails to break through the resistance of the U$51,500 price area, the negative corrections will move back under the U$51,000, U$50,700 and U$50,220 price areas where it could still extend to the U$49,500 price area.
Only above the EMA 20 (H1), or even above the U$50,500 price area for the Bitcoin price to break out of a risk aera of negative corrections to below the U$50,000; and of course the breakout of the U$51,500 and U$52,120.
A Journal close was made above the U$50,776 price area.
For today a close above the price area of $51,780 would be good.
Ideally, a close above the price area of $52,120 would be good.
Follow the buyers in control of the situation and attempts with the Bitcoin price to surpass the $51,500 price area.
Major Resistance areas - $51,500, $51,880 and $52,120.
Major Support areas - $51,100, $50,780 and $50,500.
H4 chart :
Bitcoin price follows above the EMAs and above the Ichimoku Cloud.
The price of Bitcoin follows just a little above the EMA 200 where there have already been 3 attempts to break it, or the attempts of the positive evolutions above the $51,460 and $51,500.
It will be of utmost importance that the Bitcoin price surpasses the EMA 200 for the next few sessions, so that it stays supported above it, and with new consolidations it continues above the price areas of U$ 51,880 and U$ 52,220.
If the Bitcoin price fails to breach the EMA 200 or even stay above it, the downside corrections will move back below the $51,000 and $50,500 price areas.
Follow the buyers in their attempts to move Bitcoin's price above the EMA 200 or even above $51,500.
The chart in H4 will follow the whole week to have a parameter of the Bitcoin Price Evolution. Only some adjustments will be made.
