So sad. Notre Dame. I read this news article and almost want to cry.
These historic churches mentioned below will never be as famous as Notre Dame, but they are the spiritual center for the believers. Many of these fine church going folk may never get to see Norte Dame.
I never got to see Notre Dame. I did get to Westminster Abby. I hope nothing happens to that!
Prior to Notre Dame's disaster, something nefarious was going on in the southern USA. Three other churches we're deliberately burned down. $1,855 pledged ( as of this posting ). Update: Pledges now at $3,730, as of this update.
Over the course of 10 days in April, three historically black churches were burned in one south Louisiana parish.

Notre Dame is being well taken care of, with a billion dollars pledged to rebuild.
I am posting this in hopes that all churches that are facing difficult times will have their faith renewed through the hearts of both big and small donors.
Notre Dame's fire was most likely the result of the renovations going on at the time.
The three black churches in Louisiana have already been determined to be arson.
