Books.
I have a lot of them.
Most of them are still unread.
I used to read a lot when I was younger.
Somewhere along the way, life found other "interesting" distractions.
Somewhere in the background, the thought of reading was always there.
I know it makes me calmer and more focused.
So now I’m starting again.
Slow and steady.
Just a few pages a day.
Maybe 15 minutes.
That’s enough to begin.
Consistency is the key.
Consistency turns into habit.
The benefits add up quickly.
Calmer evenings.
Less screen time.
Better focus.
A stronger vocabulary.
A quiet sense of progress.
Reading gives the mind space.
Space to think, imagine, and slow down.
Something scrolling never does.
No reason to delay.
Just begin now.
And the book "Mastering Bitcoin" by Andreas M. Antonopoulos is a good start.
