Paying for a Bitcoin event in Swedish Krona

The Swedish Bitcoin society and Cryptostudents at the Stockholm University are organizing a day event about Bitcoin at the Stockholm University on Sun 26 March from 1000-1530 CET. However, one has to buy tickets in Swedish Krona (Crown) by paying 150 SEK or around 15 USD/EUR. As a member but also as a person in general, I find this strange and absurd. One should be the change you want to see in the world. Does anyone who has a similar experience?
