For all you doubters, KuCoin have now published instructions for claiming the Ampleforth governance token FORTH.

KuCoin's instructions do not provide a direct route to claim from their App or website.  In short you need to get your Ampleforth deposit address from KuCoin, visit the FORTH claim page and connect with MetaMask, then edit the claim address from the MetaMask address, to the KuCoin Ampleforth deposit address, and click claim.  You will then be told how many FORTH you are entitled to claim. You will need ETH to pay the gas fees for the claim.

I have not been able to test the process in full, as my Ampleforth had not arrived in time for the snapshot, hopefully yours did.
