I have a rather pessimistic view of this. I think most people will regard Bitcoin as a speculative asset and be reluctant to spend their sats.   Unless companies like Bitwage expand tremendously and allow the general public to receive their wages in Bitcoin Unless platforms like Fiverr accept Bitcoin as a payment mode. Sure there is Microlancer but seriously can people make a living out of microtasks?   But I doubt the above two scenarios are likely to happen, with governments pushing for adoption of their CBDCs.   So I don’t think the Bitcoin Standard will happen in my lifetime. Probably my son’s lifetime
