Is there a country who loves ETH as much as Singapore?

The flippening will happen, sooner or later, but I dare say that Ethereum has cemented its position as top crypto in the hearts of citizens and government alike.

Back in 2021, a State of Crypto report initiated by Gemini revealed that ETH was the most widely held crypto in Singapore. Yes, Bitcoin merely plays second fiddle. In fact, here’s the relevant extract from the Gemini report:

Singapore also serves as the venue for Ethereum Singapore conference. When the 2023 edition was held, prominent speakers Vitalik, Aya Miyaguchi (Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation), and Ed Felten (Co-founder of Arbitrum) took centre stage to deliver speeches. No wonder that event was a resounding success. Singapore seized the opportunity for continuity. Ethereum Singapore 2024 will be held in this little red dot from Sept 16-23.

Singapore is in the thick of action when it comes to ETH. I’m sure that your country isn’t as hard-core fans as us!
