8 Reasons Why I Love Publish0x

8 Reasons Why I Love Publish0x

In my early days, I thought the low tipping rate was an area of improvement for Publish0x. Boy, was I so self-entitled. After exploring other platforms, I have come to the conclusion that Publish0x’s model is superior to the rest out there. Here’s why:

1) Publish0x rewards you with tips the moment you sign up as a reader. The tips aren’t that lucrative but they signify a willingness to engage its new users from the get-go. The subreddit r/cryptocurrency doesn’t even allow you to post anything unless you have enough karma points. Torum similarly requires you to prove your commitment to its website before it awards you with XTM.

2) Publish0x gives me first-hand experience with Kucoin. It’s so interesting, Kucoin’s way of operations. No KYC needed and automated trading bot available. Even Nexo is requiring its users to submit their KYV this March. Kucoin is a breath of fresh air by enabling you to withdrawyo assets without KYC.

3) Publish0x showcases a kind and supportive community who refrains from judging others. This is especially commendable when some crypto firms do their PR outreach efforts here. Initially I was apprehensive to post here because of my lack of knowledge. But readers were kind enough to point out my mistakes and misconceptions without being condescending. I soon gathered the courage to take writing risks. I am eternally grateful for how Publish0x helps me dissociate my ego from my words.

4) Publish0x boasts the best authentic writing academy ever. I zero in on its writing contests. It’s amazing how the same topic can evoke such diverse angles from the participants. As an English teacher, I teach my students to be aware of the Purpose, Audience and Context their writing task demands. Publish0x allows me to practise what I preach.

5) Publish0x springs surprises on my writing. I never cease to be surprised at how some of my non-crypto writings generate more buzz than my seriously researched pieces on digital coins and NFTs. But I have come to love the unpredictability. I love it that my writing, once published, takes on a life of its own and is out of my hands. Ironically, I feel more in control of my writing. Because I cannot predict how well-received my writing is, I cannot pander to what I think my readers will like. So I remain true to myself.

6) Publish0x lets me stay abreast of happenings in the crypto scene, not just the events themselves, but interpretations through the lens of other writers and readers. It’s easy to find clinically-written articles about the crypto world, but response-oriented articles in which people reveal their biases and share their experiences? Not so much. But their ready availability helps sharpen my thinking about crypto.

7) Publish0x boosts my reputation. In the Discord channel that I frequent, 1-2 other users somehow manage to locate my articles on Publish0x and make mention of them in the chat. Well, it’s flattering to be recognised, more so when a user subsequently signs up to be a follower.

8) Publish0x exudes hope. Sometimes I share my excitement in regards to using a particular platform and shill my referral code. Guess what? Some people actually sign up for an account using my code. In concrete terms, the value of the referral may not amount to much but in terms of psychological dividends, I feel so good and happy because this means that my writing is persuasive enough. What an ego boost for this emerging writer!
