Strengthen mental activity in trading

Trading, as we know, is a job that involves the use of time and memory skills, as well as a good dose of attention. To this is often added a large amount of hours spent in front of a computer, or in any case in front of a monitor, to check graphics. Moreover, in the context of cryptocurrencies, we must consider that the job of the trader is often accompanied by social network activities as the control of Twitter and Facebook profiles and Telegram channels of companies and exponents of the financial world that sometimes influence market trends. All this for the human being who deals with trading is a source of stress: first of all mental stress (headaches and lowering of the visual field) and secondly, muscular exhaustion and fatigue at the end of the day.

How can we increase the performance of those who have intense mental activity and suffer from stress at work?

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo is a very common plant in the East, especially in China and Japan, and has various medicinal properties. The most interesting is to improve the microcirculation, thus increasing the blood flow that reaches the brain, resulting in greater availability of oxygen and nutrients for neuronal cells. An ocular level also reflects this interesting property, increasing ocular blood flow by up to 20%. In addition, ginkgo has a strong antioxidant effect and effectively lowers blood levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

Vitamins B

Present in foods of animal origin and partially synthesized within our intestine, the B vitamins are very important for maintaining concentration. The most important for our purpose are vitamins B1, B2 and B12 as they are the ones most involved and with a strong power on the central and peripheral nervous system.

Choline

Present in egg yolk and soybeans, once absorbed it transforms into acetylcholine, a very important neurotransmitter. Its integration in the organism helps the propagation of chemical synapses (most of them) and accelerates the flow of thought.

Glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid present in meat and which in the nervous system is converted to glutamic acid, a neurotransmitter with a protective action on the nervous system.

Caffeine

For many of us, the best friend ever. It is a molecule whose use may be controversial: on the one hand, it effectively stimulates the nervous system, helps concentration and prevents sleep. On the other hand, however, it contributes to the loss of B vitamins and raises cortisol levels which in the long run causes psychophysical stress again.

 

In conclusion, I would say that the best choice for those involved in full time trading is a supplement based on Ginkgo Biloba and possibly (at least) B vitamins. Solgar Neuronutrients, for example, is an excellent Supplement that brings together many of the components described above.
