I have been writing articles for various ICOs in addition to writing scientific manuscripts. However, I was not in making youtube videos simply because I did not know how. I used to use an old program on my windows machine but it was gone, and there was only a Photos app on my Windows 10 laptop.

I never thought about using this program for processing my movies but to my surprise, it was as strong as the old program in windows for organizing movies and it even had 3d models. You can add effects and 3d models to your movies and that worked out really well.

The only thing it could not do was add text to various places in your movie. There is a place to add nicely animated text to your video but interesting enough, you can only add one text per video. Any more text you add seems to be a part of the same text. All I wanted to do was to add text to several places in the same video.

Anyways, I searched for another program and found Movavi. It is a great program and easy to use. The animations for the text are not as good as the Windows Photos, but they are passable and the most important thing; you can add text to several places. I have just used that and I think I am happy with it, though adding text should be easier. At the moment, you have to add the text, and then double click on the text, delete the default text and then write your own to a small space. That is a lot of clicks and I think they could have made that more user-friendly. Movavi does not have effects and 3d models like the photos app but it does have nice transitions, which is a plus.
