Missed the Pied Piper of Bitcoin?
Even though it's not new, it is exciting. I found out about this cryptocurrency on PublishOX, and at first, I doubted that much could come from it. So I researched it. In the end, I downloaded it and I have shared it will several close friends.
If you don't know what π is, it is a cryptocurrency that currently has no value as they are in the beginning stages of their setup. It uses an app that you can download from Apple or Google Play. You need a referrer so that you can gain access. You earn their cryptocoin passively. Once in, you develop a group of close friends to share the app with, and that becomes your group. Your phone app runs in the background without interfering with your phone's performance. According to their website, "Breakthrough tech allows you to mine on your phone without draining your battery." Wondering what it costs? What will the future be like?
It's a job made for George Jetson. Press one button in the app, once every 24 hours. If your friends, who used your referring information, get lazy, you can send them a PING and get them to do the tough job of pressing that one button. The more people in your group, the more you earn—no investing in expensive mining equipment or bogging down your processor. Currently, it is of no value, but speculation for 2025 ranges from $1 to $5 USD. I believe that I have been using the app for about 2-3 weeks, and I have $82 Pi. By 2025, that will be much higher and will probably have some value.
I searched the internet for information on whether this creates a security risk for my phone, and I didn't find any definite information. If you do find something, please let me know.
Smells familiar?
I was considering not getting involved until I remember a friend of mine that did the early Bitcoin thing. I was never interested in Bitcoin at that time because I didn't see a point in keying long strings of code. Bitcoin went from being something pretty pointless to change the world. Could this turn into something big? I don't predict the future, but it never hurts, and it's free. If I could go back in time, I'd be at my friend's house learning how to mine, Bitcoin.
Back to the present, which is another thing that's good if you are interested. Since they are in the beginning stage, they have only started halving at 6 million users. Unless you're really new to crypto, getting in before halving is a good thing. Halving should make the value increase as the amount of crypto obtainable is reduced.
They also have a desktop app. I couldn't find any information about it being malicious, so I'm trying it. So far, I have nothing to complain about. It passed Malwarebyte's scan. So I'll let you know if anything happens, but it seems to be good.
When I first downloaded the app, there were no ads, but now they are. As we know, advertisements are a significant contributor to the cryptomarket. However, unlike the ads on faucets, you are not required to view them. If you are into faucets, this is probably perfect for you. If you are into investing, it would be a long investment of pushing a button every day.
Now, I am not a professional investor or computer pro, so I will not promise that this makes you rich and your life fulfilled. I am the kind of person that enjoys introducing something new to people, and earning a little at the same time is a benefit. It's not the purpose of this article to get friends for Pi, and I encourage you to ask your friends first. If not, you can use my referral code: Cryptopsycho21
