The app is actually an hourly faucet where you can earn a random amount of litecoin.
Every 60 minutes, you get 3 spins. Pressing the spin button starts the spinner which lands on any of the amounts in the bottom section of the screen. When the spinner lands on the Litecoin icon, the next section starts spinning. After using up all your spins, you can select one of the lit amounts to redeem.
In case you need more than three spins to get to a decent amount, there's still the option to add spins by watching a video ad.
