What is Honeygain?

The platform I am going to go over today is called “Honeygain”, it has been around for many years and it is a great way to earn crypto passively. Basically Honeygain uses your unused bandwidth or internet connection. This then essentially acts as a node in a VPN Network, so when you run the app on your devices you are then allowing companies around the world to use your internet connection. In return for running the app you get rewarded, which I will go over now.

Payout Options

Before I run over how to set up Honeygain, I will quickly go over the 2 ways you can get paid. 

Option 1: The first way is getting paid into your PayPal account, you need to reach a minimum threshold of $20, this is good if you just want to get paid in cash.

Option 2: The newest option to get paid is in a crypto called JumpToken or JMPT for short. This is my preferred way for getting paid as you earn this in real time and you can withdraw your earnings whenever you want. I will go over how to set this up later.

How to Download the App

Once you have signed up and logged in, your dashboard should look something like this (see pic).

The first thing you want to do is to download and install the app. Click on this button (see pic below) and then select the operating system you want to run the app on.

It can be installed on Android, iOS, Windows and Linux. It is also available worldwide so everyone can take advantage and earn from running Honeygain.

After you have installed the app, it should show you that your device is now actively sharing (see pic below). Please note that you can only run 1 device per IP, you can have multiple devices running at one time but these need to be on different IP addresses.

Setting Up Jumptask

I mentioned earlier about getting paid to your PayPal, this is great if you want paid in cash. I personally prefer getting paid in crypto, more specifically a token called JumpToken (JMPT). I will show you how to set this up now.

The first thing you want to do is to make sure you have added BSC Network to your Metamask and it is selected. Next, you want to copy your address from your Metamask by clicking here.

Go back to your Honeygain dashboard and go to your profile settings, at the bottom you should see a box to put your JumpTask ID. Paste your ID into this and add your account.

Next, you want to create your JumpTask account. I have left my referral link below so feel free to go through this or simply go to jumptask.io and you will land on this page (see pic).

If you are signing up for the first time, click on “Sign Up” and then select “Connect with Wallet” (see pic).

Remember to make sure you have BSC Network selected on your Metamask. Then choose Metamask from the list, you will receive a notification from Metamask to approve this, click to approve and this will create your account on JumpTask and log you in.

The last thing you need to do to make sure you are earning straight to your JumpTask account is to go back to your Honeygain dashboard and select this tab here (see pic).

It will switch from your Honeygain wallet to your JumpTask wallet. You also gain an extra 10% on your earnings getting paid this way. If you have followed the steps above you should now be earning JMPT to your JumpTask account.

Other Ways to Earn on Honeygain

Honeygain has quite a few different ways you can earn, the first one is by opening the daily honey pot and you can earn yourself some extra credits, the second option is by allowing content delivery to help boost your earnings. This is country dependent so not everyone can get this option. The third option is to refer your friends and family to Honeygain and you will receive 500 credits plus 10% of what they earn. The fourth and final option is getting paid to complete certain achievements, these are just one-off rewards and are quite easy to complete.

Payment Proof

Leaving the app to run will soon add up your JMPT in your JumpTask account. You can see the price of JMPT here (see pic below) and it is very easy to trade via Pancake Swap.

You can see here how much JMPT I currently have and my recent withdrawal transactions. This is paid instantly and then you can decide if you want to hold your tokens or trade them to another coin.

Overall Summary

I have used Honeygain for over 4 years, and never had a problem with this platform. I like how easy it is to earn as it doesn’t require any work and runs 100% passively in the background.

This is a legit company, however as it requires use of your internet connection, there are always risks so please do your own research when it comes to running this app. Don’t expect to earn a lot from running this app, however you can earn an easy $10-20 per month running this in the background and the best thing about this is it requires absolutely no work.
