In 2024, the RWA sector became one of the fastest growing sectors in the crypto industry. In 2023, the number of projects in the RWA segment grew by 728%, which indicates the high activity and interest of investors in this sphere. According to analysts, this is just the beginning of the trend. From the current capitalization of $310 billion, the sector should grow to $10 trillion over the next 6 years. That is a 30-fold increase. This growth will be driven by the introduction of DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) technology into real businesses. This technology helps tokenize enterprise assets and move them into the Web3 space. So more and more real companies are coming into the crypto industry and offering to buy shares in their companies. And for investors, this space opens up not only new opportunities to diversify their portfolio, but also to make significant profits. But it's important to start investing now, at the stage of trend nucleation, so that you don't experience FOMO later.

If you found this article, then you have probably already heard about the IVEX project. I am an active trader and investor with 10 years of experience, I have gone through a lot of similar projects and was able to make money on most of them. From my experience I can say that I know how to identify narratives, see niches that will give x50-100 minimum on bullrun, there is no point in even considering lower. Projects like IVEX have the potential to make x50 x100, and spotting the trend correctly is the basis of making money on the market.

I recently found out about IVEX and decided to do my own research, in this article I'll break down the project in detail and explain why I recommend taking a closer look at IVEX Project. I will take a detailed look at the IVEX ecosystem, tokenomics, roadmap and the potential of the RWA sphere. The main purpose of the article is to determine the prospects of the project and assess whether it is worth getting involved. Now, I will write my final opinion about the project in the results. Let's start with the breakdown!

IVEX is a large ecosystem of projects from different areas. It includes a farm, your own island, 2 factories, a cryptocurrency concierge that allows you to automate the management of your assets, and your own meta-universe where anyone can become a co-owner of a business and receive a percentage of its income. IVEX is a project of the RWA sector. RWA (Real World Assets) is one of the main narratives of 2024 in crypto, where every real world business can tokenize its assets, turning them into tokens or NFTs. And every investor can become a co-owner of a real business and get a share of the income from it. 

What is IVEX Project? Ecosystem Dedicated Review

The IVEX ecosystem includes a real eco-farm in Turkey with its own eco-products, a platform for managing tokenized assets, a real island in Greece and its own soccer team. Quite a variety of assets. We need to look at each of them in more detail to understand what exactly will generate profit and what we will be able to make money on.

1. IVEX Ecofarm 

This is perhaps the heart of the whole ecosystem. Investors can buy a piece of real land as an NFT and develop it: build a chicken coop for eggs and meat, or raise livestock. It is possible to expand the farm by buying neighboring plots. NFT owners are rewarded in IVEX tokens for developing their land. However, the company will take 10% of the profits for managing your farm. Sounds interesting. But is it so good in practice?

In reality, the IVEX team manages the entire farm, which is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance. So you can watch your property at any time. You can also visit the farm in real life to see your plots or other IVEX assets. This makes the whole system open and transparent and adds credibility to the project. If every project in the RWA sphere gave access to their assets and 24/7 video surveillance, it would greatly increase the credibility of such projects.

Each user will have their own personal assistant who will run their errands on the farm, whether it is picking up meat, eggs or milk. It all looks like you're playing a fun farming game, but all the actions take place in real life and you watch over the fulfillment of all the errands. 

2.IVEX's private island in Greece is another asset that the company will acquire and tokenize.

Just like the farm, investors can become co-owners of the island and benefit from its income. There will be a lot of infrastructure on the island that will generate income. These include: hotels, restaurants, villas and yachts. The island will also be open to the public. For example, you can book a table in a restaurant, stay in a hotel or visit a shopping mall. All payments are made in IVEX tokens. In my opinion, this is an interesting solution for popularizing crypto and introducing it into real life. 

3.Сrypto concierge that helps automate the management of your assets.

It is essentially the main wallet in the IVEX ecosystem. Within the app you can:

• Buy and sell tokens, including for fiat, directly from your bank card.
• Exchange tokens on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tron networks.
• Send IVEX and USDT tokens in staking.
• Manage portfolios.
• Get fast cash (USD, EUR, AED, TRY, RUB and others) anytime and anywhere.
• Deposit/withdraw for cash (fiat)
• Perform unlimited transactions with fiat and crypto assets.
• Make transfers without commissions.
• There is also 24/7 support of AI assistants. Through which it will be possible, for example, to request a transaction. However, this feature is still under development and should appear in the near future.

The Crypto-Concierge app has passed several audits and also has no access to your assets using a non-custodial solution, so all funds stored in the wallet are safe. I recommend using it. The tool is very easy to use and is already available.

The project has also recently announced a cooperation with V PLUS to issue Crypto-Concierge debit and virtual cards. In the Crypto-Concierge service it will be possible to issue a debit card VISA, MASTERCARD or UNIONPAY, which will belong to the Hong Kong MSO. This card can be used anywhere in the world without restrictions, which I think is a very convenient solution in today's realities. In fact, the card combines Web2 and Web3 space and is a universal payment solution.

4. Another element of the ecosystem is a platform for managing your assets.

Through it, you can give commands to your assistant, who will execute them in reality on the farm. A land market is available through the platform, where you can sell your land or buy new land. It is also possible to manage your part of the island through the platform.

5. IVEX football team.

The project plans to create a full-fledged football team in Turkey. IVEX tokens will be used by fans as voting chips, allowing them to influence the fate of the club by making important decisions. It will be possible to change jersey designs, match schedules and more.

6. IVEX also has other assets about which little information is currently available.

These include a steel mill in the United Arab Emirates and a factory producing narrow profile shock absorbers in Istanbul. 

The team itself keeps the details of these assets secret, so I will not include them in the overall evaluation of the project. In my opinion, the 2 main assets about which there is enough information are the farm and the private island. 

But it is already known for sure that all products will be combined into a single meta-universe, which will serve as a platform for interaction with all IVEX assets.

And the first project to be implemented will be the farm. It is important to understand that the project is at an early stage of development and only the initial infrastructure for the farm has been implemented. Here you can see a video of the farm itself. Right now the construction is still in progress and some of the buildings only exist in presentations.

On the one hand, this is a potential risk, but on the other hand, it means a higher profitability if you enter the project now. So, to better understand the prospects of such an investment, let's move on to evaluate the other components of the project.

Analysis of Tokenomics and IVEX Token Price

Let's go to the project documentation and study the tokenomics. The token has been traded on the centralized exchanges MEXC and BitMart since May 2024, and the capitalization of the IVEX Financial token is $303 million. Quite a large capitalization, but some of the tokens are still locked. Overall, this shows that the project has already gained some trust from investors.

Tokenomics itself is balanced in my opinion. The only thing that caught my eye: a rather large % is allocated to liquidity pools (LPs). Obviously, the team wants to make the token more liquid and stable. But in general there is nothing wrong with it.

The main benefits of the token are payment for the platform's products, income from the eco-farm, land plots and access to the meta-universe.

The project also has NFTs, which give the right to own plots, visit the eco-farm and access the closed investor chat.

The token itself has now fallen in value and is trading below the listing price, making it an attractive long-term buy. 

The IVEX economy is based on blockchain technology and smart contracts, which ensure transparency and reliability of all transactions. And ecosystem participants receive rewards for the development of their ecosystems, which stimulates the development of the entire economy. This makes the IVEX economic model sustainable and financially efficient, allowing the ecosystem to develop in the future.

The founders have a good business background and the team consists of experts and investors from the fields of agriculture, tourism and sports. Thus, we can conclude that the team has the necessary experience and knowledge to build and develop an organic farm. You can read more about the team here.

According to the roadmap of the project, in Q4 2024 it is planned to launch the meta universe with minimal functionality, in Q1 2025 to fully populate the farm and create a soccer club, and in Q2 2025 to buy a private island in Greece.

Summary of the results. Should you buy IVEX Token?

Now, after a comprehensive analysis, I can say that the IVEX project is one of the most promising projects in the RWA sector at the moment. Although there are disadvantages in terms of increased risks, as the project is at a very early stage, these risks are compensated by a potential high return of 50-100x, which in my opinion more than covers all the risks. In the RWA niche, the project should take its rightful place as it has significant growth potential due to its well thought out ecosystem, strong team and working economy. 

In addition, there is a growing investor interest in the RWA space, which should also have a positive impact on the IVEX price.

Perhaps the first big spike will come when the team launches their eco-farm and all the surrounding functionality. 

I have tried to describe in as much detail as possible what the project is now and what prospects it has. Let me remind you that the token is already traded on the exchange and I bought IVEX for 1% of my portfolio under the idea of project development and launch of their announced products. And whether to buy or not - decide for yourself. At least I would buy some tokens for anti-FOMO. Be aware of the risks and don't forget to do your own research.
