How to participate in a Presale on the Binance Launchpad?

What you need to have in general if you want to participate in a token sale on the Binance Launchpad is $BNB, I mean a lot of $BNB. You need your $BNB to subscribe for the sale. After the allocation calculation is completed, Binance will deduct the corresponding amount of $BNB from your account based on your final token allocation. As there are many people participating in these presales, you really need to have a lot of $BNB to get a significant number of the newly issued token in the final allocation. 

Binance will record user $BNB balances for 5 days starting on the 16th of February 2022. The calculation mechanism will record the daily average $BNB balance across various accounts including $BNB held in normal Binance Accounts, Margin Accounts, Binance Crypto Loans Collateral, Sub-Accounts, Binance Savings Products, $BNB Vault Account, Binance Fiat Accounts, Futures Wallet Accounts, Binance Funding Wallet Accounts and Launchpool Accounts. The subscription period starts on 2022-02-21 at 07:00. The minimum amount to subscribe to the presale is 0.1 $BNB and the maximum amount is your available $BNB balance. I recommend subscribing with all your $BNB available because after the allocation calculation is completed, Binance will deduct the corresponding amount of $BNB from your account based on your final token allocation. The final token distribution takes place on the same day, on 2022-02-21 at 11:00. Then you can sell your tokens right away if you want. Trading on Binance starts around one hour later.  

What is the $ALPINE token?

So far, there were only Fan Tokens from soccer on Binance.
