Chapter 13 is coming to an end in the next few days, and with that, a new chapter is already being presented to Sunflower Lands players. We already have some information regarding the next chapter of the game being updated on the project's GitHub and approved by the devs responsible for the development of this web3 farming game.
Regarding the Salt Awakening Stella Store, we have some interesting information already released about the MEGA NFTs. It has been revealed which NFTs will be present in the Stella Store, their initial values, and also the buffs they will have. Let's analyze what these items will be and also give more details about the Dino Egg Trophy, which was presented without a buff, but recently had its buff revealed.
I'll be much appreaciated if you Votes, Reblogs or give any Tips. Thanks and have good reading! 🍀
Salt Awakening Stella NFTs!
In the Salt Awakening Chapter's Stella Store, the most expensive item in Salt Rock will be the Bubble Aura. I believe it will be a cosmetic item with an aura effect around your character that will reduce Fish Market processing time by 20% and also increase the chance of obtaining +1 Fish Processing item. Its cost will be quite high, requiring the completion of a large number of quests to reach the necessary 10,000 Salt Rock.
The next most expensive NFT item in the Stella Store will be the Deep Sea Salt Cave Background. Those of you who play Sunflower Lands might be surprised, but yes, it will be a background with an effect, something that, if I'm not mistaken, is unique and hasn't happened before, making this item quite special. The effect of this background will be +5 Salt per collection, which can be quite significant, but we still don't have a clear idea of the real usefulness of salt in the game. The cost will be 6000 Salt Rock, the same value as the Mega NFTs from chapter 13.
Finally, we have the Crystal Altar, a monument that requires 1000 cheers. This means the +5% catch time effect on the Crab Pot and Marine Pot will only become active once the monument is completed, which is quite bad since it takes months to complete a monument. Its cost will be 3000 Salt Rock, which doesn't seem very appealing considering the situation.
Overall, we have an effect that can be quite useful in the background since it's a buff to the resource. The bubble aura seems interesting, but the cost is quite high and will require players to play the entire season without missing many deliveries, for an effect that doesn't seem so good, and the Crystal Altar has the downside of being a monument and having a high cost for a not-so-good effect.
Once the items are finished, another important point to address is that in this season, the items that grant +1 tickets will cost 10k coins for the first, 100 flowers for the second, and 200 flowers for the third. This increases the cost of obtaining both +1 items by 100%, which may further complicate things for those participating in this chapter. To give you some context, in the last season the first +1 ticket cost 50 flowers, and they have now doubled that.
Initially, the Dino Egg Trophy item, which players would earn by collecting treasures from the Sunflower Lands Digging mini-game, was presented in the V1 of the next chapter's items without any description linked to the item. This led players to believe that the item would be a collectible, which wouldn't be so bad since it's quite iconic.
However, a few days later a new update was added to GitHub that added a feature to the Dino Egg Trophy, where the player who has this SFT/NFT will be able to speed up the cooking, processing, building, collecting, expansion, crafting, and upgrading functions, at a rate of 50 coins per gem, with a limit of 20k coins.
Initially some players weren't so impressed, but the interesting thing is that this is a mechanic that will begin to be tested by the game's development team and could be the first step towards other NFTs with the same function in the future. It's important to do these tests to get data on coin burn, for example. This is an NFT that could end up being useful for speeding up the completion of some activity so you don't have to wait, but I don't know if they will use it much beyond that...
