I believe the idea behind opening Ronin was to attract more projects to the network, increasing the number of transactions on the network, in marketplaces and defis, allowing the largest projects to profit from transaction fees. Initially, shortly after the launch, several projects announced the migration or addition of Ronin to their game, as was the case with Sunflower Land and Pirate Nations.
The price of the RON token has already fallen by more than 81% when compared to the value of 1 year ago, or about 3x less, if we analyze the price of $1.8 that the token was being traded a few months ago, since today it is worth $0.60. This makes the community start to question whether the decision to open Ronin was the right one or not, since it did not reflect positively on the token, as it continues to fall. Another token worth mentioning is AXS, as it is the token of the network's main game, representing Axie Infinity. Many people may not know this, but AXS has its own Staking system within Ronin, “AXS Staking”, which has a 28% APR and a total of 63,820,806 AXS tokens in Stake.
Like RON, AXS has fallen sharply to almost $2, while at the beginning of the year it was trading close to $8, which marks a 4x drop in its value.
