Lunar New Year Event

This New Year's Eve event brings a variety of new features to the game, from a new map to an event codex. By completing quests and participating in the event, you'll earn buffs, collection points for rankings, and some MGold, which you'll complete with event items to earn buffs. It's worth remembering that this event will be available until March, so it's a good idea to take advantage of everything it has to offer.

The most innovative part of the event is the Dorgon Habitat, a map/dungeon made especially for this event, where you can do various gathering activities such as fishing, mining, cutting wood, among others, and even some combat activities such as fighting bosses. There are two types of Zones: the Peaceful Zone, which has no PVP, but the items dropped go up to Epic rarity, and the PVP Zone, where fighting is allowed and the items go up to Mythic rarity, making it more worthwhile if you're lucky enough to find a spot to collect these items. Also, if you're lucky when collecting, you might get a bonus of MGold, the game's token.
Some details about this dungeon are that it has a timer that indicates how much time you have available to stay inside the dungeon. This timer is recharged daily to 15 minutes, but if you want to stay longer, you can use the Dorgon Habitat Ticket to recharge the timer for another 15 minutes. If I'm not mistaken, you receive 1 of these tickets daily in the game's message box.

On the event page we also have the addition of an Event Pass and a Ranking. In the pass, you can complete it by doing activities inside the Dungeon, such as Fishing, Gathering, Mining, Chopping Wood or doing raids. By doing them, you gain Experience and receive rewards, items used to buy boxes in the store or the box itself.

The event Ranking is divided into 3 categories. The first counts the amount of points obtained by defeating the Elite monsters of the Event, giving MGold as a reward. The second ranking is the sum of the guild members' collection points, while the third is the individual amount of points obtained.
Why collect event items?

The first use of event items is to complete the event codex to get Status Bonus and Collection points, to increase your and your guild's position on the Leaderboard. Items you get by luck collecting them in the Dorgon Habitat or opening an event box are used to complete the codex and earn points. The higher the rarity of the codex you complete, the more points you will earn.

The second use of event resources is in the Lunar New Year Celebration Shop. In it, you exchange the “tokens” obtained by collecting, such as fish, for a fishing box that contains the rarest items used in the codex. Still, there is an item that costs 20 thousand diamonds for you to try your luck in the gacha and get some ToyZ, I don't think it's worth it, because the chances are low of getting something good, but at the same time, diamonds are a resource that players get FREE in the game.

Finally, another use for the event items is directly related to the Airdrop, because it's on the Task Board. It seems that during the event period, some quests related to Lunar New Year items have been added to the Task Board, giving good rewards to those who can complete them. However, they usually have some more difficult requirements, such as delivering to a specific ToyZ or HeroZ.
