For example, a song with a faster beat would be more recommended to be used during battles, while when walking around the map it would be something calmer, Lo-Fi style with slower beats so that the player feels comfortable spending time exploring the map.
When the soundtrack is of good quality and well-fitted, as is the case in Pokemon games, they are remembered for generations and can convey the feeling of nostalgia that takes the person back to that scene where the music starts playing.
Soundtracks X HoloZing (Adventure)

During the adventure, when the Trainer is exploring, a calmer and more cheerful soundtrack like the Littleroot Town soundtrack from Pokemon Emerald can be a good inspiration. Since it is the initial city that the Pokémon trainer arrives at after getting off a truck, it creates a feeling that he is setting off on his great adventure.
This soundtrack is cheerful and calm, being perfect to be used during the transition between places in HoloZing, so that the player feels more relaxed while exploring the map and there is a break from the pattern when encountering a special creature or starting a battle.
Soundtracks X HoloZing (Battle)
The classic Pokemon battle soundtrack is that of trainer Cynthia, which has a fast piano soundtrack to generate excitement and give the imposition of one of the strongest trainers in the entire Pokemon game franchise. When meeting Cynthia, the music makes absolutely all the difference and is perfect for portraying her personality, as a powerful and invincible champion. There are some Pokemon players who, just by hearing the piano start playing, remember Cynthia arriving soon after.
As an inspiration for HoloZing, I believe that using classical music with a faster-paced piano in the background can bring a feeling close to fighting an incredible opponent. And if there is some form of transition between adventure-themed ambient music and battle music, it would be a perfect break from the pattern to keep the trainer alert, because the battle is about to begin. Also, I suggest creating a trainer who can be epic like Cynthia, so that players have the feeling and remember the HoloZing character when the epic music starts playing.
Soundtrack X HoloZing (Special Creature)
Taking inspiration from the songs used in Pokemon, there are soundtracks for when you encounter special Pokemon like Giratina, Groundon, Kyogre, or Rayquaza. An example would be the song that starts playing when you encounter Giratina in the game, which manages to convey a vibe of a sinister being, mixed with terror and fear, which represents the Pokemon since it was a creature banished to another dimension by the creator Arceus, so it is as if it were an “Evil Pokemon”.
With this inspiration, I believe that HoloZing should add a special soundtrack to be played when there is an encounter with a rare creature in the game, such as a Shiny version or a creature that has a low chance of appearing during the adventure.

In the HoloZing Whitepaper itself, in the History and Inspiration section, you can find a section that talks about the importance that Pokemon had for the creation of HoloZing, because the creator of the project, Acid, loved the franchise and certainly played some games, taking inspiration from them to create something new, with HoloZing, which is like a more futuristic version, but has some similar aspects, such as trainers using creatures to battle, a classic Pokemon game.
Therefore, as Pokemon served as inspiration for the creation of the game, I believe that it can continue to collaborate as a source of inspiration for the Soundtracks, since they have similar situations such as Exploration, Battles and Special Creatures, which could have soundtracks with the same “vibe”, seeking to convey the same feeling to players with other sounds and chords.
