What is Hero Ai?

BinaryX launched its newest AI Hero game, a combination of RPG with Battle Royale and of course AI, making each match unique!

• AI Hero is a battle royale game - a poisonous gas comes after a while - multiplayer in the RPG genre that combines stories created by ChatGPT, making each match unique.
• The player can choose their race and class and participate in a medieval adventure exploring a world full of quests, monsters and PVP. Each encounter can have different paths depending on your choices and your luck, as you will need to use the dice several times.
• As you complete the adventures, try to become stronger than the other players, being the survivor of the match and earning more points to be 1st on the leaderboard.

Game Tutorial

1. Choose your race and class

There are 5 races: Human, Orc, Dragon, Elf and Dwarf. Each has its own starting attribute in HP, Stamina, Attack and Defense.

Also, you can choose one of the 6 available classes, each with their own specific attributes.

2. Starting the Game

When the game starts, you will appear in a random location on the map. Over time, a poisonous gas begins to appear and you need to move to safe regions. An event will appear on the map, you can abandon it or continue exploring.

If you chose ‘Challenge’, options appeared to choose how to proceed. It is important to choose the option according to your character's attributes. If everything goes well, you are rewarded, otherwise there will be no rewards.

One of the rewards is materials. These materials can be used to create equipment. See equipment production recipes: HERE!

3. PVP can happen!

The adventure may have challenges along the way, one of which is the possibility of meeting other players.
When two or more players are on the same square, a battle is automatically activated. You can fight them or run away! If you choose the first option, you keep your opponent's equipment and rewards.
The roll of the die influences the chance of scoring a hit. If you get it right, the damage calculation will be done as follows:
Damage = Atk x 90 / (Opponent's Defense + 50)

4. End Game

At the end of the game, if you lose, you will see the following screen... I hope you don't see it often lol.

Leaderboard

The game has a leaderboard system that appears at the end of each game. Each player receives points during the match equivalent to how long they survived and their placement depends on these points.
The game's whitepaper doesn't say what prize will be given to those who achieve the best placements, it just says: “Coming soon…”

Final Thoughts

• I created my Ray account, it was a very quick process. The game is very fluid, I believe that if you could play with friends it would be a great game to pass the time. In my test match I managed to defeat an opponent, but I lost HP and ended up losing to another who attacked me next.
• It's interesting that when you have the items to create the game it already warns you visually through a red ball that indicates that something can be done.
• Another detail is that the time it takes to read has an influence and it's something I didn't like, because whoever clicked and went through the story straight away can do other quests and level up faster, taking away the fun and unique part of this game, which are the unique stories, which like I said, if it were possible to play with friends, it would be really fun like a tabletop RPG.
• Furthermore, in the information age where time is money, a long game lasting around 20 minutes is complicated…
• Overall the game looks interesting and shows features not yet seen in a p2e game - use of AI - and it has a Play to Earn giant, BinaryX which is backed by Binance Labs, so this could be a big game in the future when the open beta is over.
