Abstract

Blockchain technology has been around for the last few years and has successfully revolutionized the global financial industry. Bitcoin is one of the most successful blockchain products on the market and has attracted the interest of many global investors. Even experts predict that in the future, blockchain will change many industries globally.

Blockchain, which was originally just a technology that allows easier and more efficient transaction processes, has now become a revolutionary ecosystem, such as the presence of the ERC20 Wallet, metamask, swap contracts, and many more. And recently we have seen how decentralized finance (DeFi) has attracted many investors to participate in the blockchain-finance ecosystem.

Lattice is a decentralized application built using DeFi and Constellation Hypergraph. This is a different platform from other platforms. Lattice's solution will modernize the world's financial trading solutions for crypto assets and empower the participants in it.

The Evolution to DeFi

We know that currently a lot of platforms are built with DeFi infrastructure. For example, Yearn Finance or Uniswap, where people can get profit from the DeFi system which is better for financial cases.

However, the problem now is that DeFi technology currently has many gaps and problems that make it not good enough to be applied in financial cases globally. Some of the problems associated with DeFi are high transaction fees and slow data processing.

The Constellation Network, Hypergraph is a new infrastructure protocol that enables more efficient and fast data distribution on a decentralized distributed network. This solution uses mathematical proofs and concurrent consensuses built on the Hypergraph Transfer Protocol (HGTP) which allows efficiently organizing the network. Following are the things that can be achieved with the Constellation protocol;

Speed: as previously described, the Constellation protocol allows faster transaction processing compared to similar protocols.
Cost: Allows people to be able to transact for free, but also provides a feature to add fees for faster transactions.
Security: Ensuring that all data and transfers on the network are completely safe and secure.

Lattice is built with the Constellation protocol which makes it a platform with a reliable and trusted infrastructure.

Platform Features

Lattice with Constellation Network is expected to achieve many opportunities with the weakness of the DeFi protocol. The following are Lattice's features;

Flexible Liquidity Pool: The liquidity pool allows lenders to generate transaction fees in their liquidity deposits.
Automated Market Making: Automated market-making (AMM) features for safety and profitability
Advanced Matching Algorithms: Platform for pluggable institutional-grade order matching algorithms.
Lattice (LTX) Governance Token: Enables token holders to obtain certain rights regarding the economic parameters of the platform.

In Conclusion

DeFi is an advanced form of blockchain technology that can be applied to financial cases and is more complex than most protocols. However, regarding its features that are better than the previous protocol, there are still some problems in DeFi, such as slow data distribution or high transaction fees. Lattice is here to be the platform that will revolutionize today's DeFi solution, providing features and assurance in crypto asset trading and settlement.
