Interesting things are happening in the world of digital technology, where one position is beginning to compete with the big players in the gaming industry, developing artificial intelligence in an attempt to improve the gaming experience of gamers and at the same time prevent them from winning over.
Steam may ban games created using artificial intelligence
A Reddit post says publisher Valve is cracking down on assets created by artificial intelligence.

It appears that Valve is blocking the publication of video games created using assets generated by artificial intelligence on its Steam online store. A Reddit post from earlier this month, first spotted by GameDiscoverCo founder Simon Carless, includes a message from Valve explaining that the company "cannot release games for which the developer does not have all necessary rights." On June 29, another Redditor wrote that Steam had rejected their game due to its "use of artificial intelligence technology."

The first developer to post said they initially tried to release their game "with a few assets that were clearly AI-generated."

Valve doesn't want to discourage the use of artificial intelligence in games
26 NFT developers sent Valve a very sad letter after being banned on Steam
"My plan was to simply submit a rougher version of the game [...] and improve it before actually releasing the game, as I was unaware that Steam had any issues with AI-generated art," they wrote They.

While Steam's rules for developer submissions do not explicitly prohibit content created by artificial intelligence, the same way they prohibit games created on the blockchain (“Apps built on blockchain technology that issue or enable the exchange of cryptocurrencies or NFTs” are clearly part of "What You Should" "Do not post to Steam," the listing says), the company notes that "Content you do not own or have sufficient rights to" is prohibited.
