Now for the most exciting part, as I go through the latest info regarding each team to make an attempt at predicting the results for this week matches. Remember this is just my fun analysis and should not be taken as advice or a guarantee.

Fulham - Manchester United

The Cottagers sit in fourteenth with 12 points while Manchester United sit in eight with 15 points.

Fulham overcame Ipswich Town during the week to reach the Quarter Finals of the Carabao Cup, having drawn with Brighton last weekend in the league. Silva will need to turn attentions back to the league as his side have been a mixed bag in terms of results. Three league wins, with two at Craven Cottage, is a good sign, but three draws and four loses does not make for pretty reading. They overcame newly-promoted sides Luton Town and Sheffield United in their home victories, and will be aiming to add a weakened United to the list.

Another defeat for Ten Hag's side as the Carabao Cup holder were dumped out of the competition by Newcastle. Following their loss against Manchester City last weekend, United have now lost two games in a row at Old Trafford by 3 goals or more for the first time since 1962. The pressure is on Ten Hag and while he supposedly has enough credit in the bank, results need to improve quickly. They have emerged victories on their most recent two away days, against Sheffield United and Burnley, and anything other than a win here will see panic rife among the club.

Fulham will be missing Diop, while they will also need to assess Adarabioyo, Adama Traore, and Tete. United will be missing Martinez, Malacia, Shaw, Sancho, and Amad Traore. They will also need to check the fitness of Varane.

Form Last Six League Games:

United have not lost to Fulham in 17 games going all the way back to 2009. United will want to ensure they are defensively strong and up for the challenge here, while Fulham have struggled for attacking output this term. Their hopes will rest with Muniz, but for this game I feel Ten Hag's side will have a point to prove and therefore the most likely result is a draw.

Final score: 2-2

Brentford - West Ham

Tenth placed Brentford, with 13 points, host ninth placed West Ham who have 14 points.

The Bees overcame Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last time out as Frank's side made it two league wins in a row. Two devastating counter attacks while absorbing pressure was enough at the Bridge, and the win made it the first back-to-back wins of the season for the club, along with keeping two clean sheets in successive Premier League wins for the first time ever. Having had a week to rest without any Carabao Cup game, the club will look to continue climbing the table having been on a winless run of six games before taking six points from their last two.

The Hammers overcame Arsenal during the week to continue their Carabao Cup run, and in the process ended a run of three defeats against Everton, Olympiakos, and Aston Villa. Not since early October had the club won a competitive game, and that was against Freiburg. Looking to end their three game winless league run, which included a draw with Newcastle, Moyes will look to push his side back into the European places. Both teams have scored in every away league game for West Ham this season, but they have only emerged with a victory in two of their last nine Premier League contests on the road.

Brentford will be without Henry, Toney, Schade, Damsgaard, and Dasilva, while they need to check on the fitness of Lewis-Potter and Baptiste. West Ham will be missing Edson Alvarez and Paqueta for this one.

Form Last Six League Games:

Brentford beat West Ham 2-0 in both league encounters last season, but the Hammers did knock the Bees out of the FA Cup last January. The Bees have a habit of scoring at home, while West Ham have struggled at the back. With Brentford fresh from a week off and West Ham having left it all on the pitch against Arsenal, I can only see one team winning here as Brentford will secure a solid home win.

Final score: 3-1

Burnley - Crystal Palace

Burnley sit in nineteenth with 4 points, while Crystal Palace occupy thirteenth with 12 points.

Kompany's side are on a four game run without a win having lost to Everton in the Carabao Cup following a loss against Bournemouth last weekend. Not since they beat Luton have Burnley experienced victory, although their Carabao Cup exit may been seen as a blessing in disguise by some. They remain two points from safety, but a return to Turf Moor may not be the answer. They have lost each of their opening five Premier League home games by an aggregate score of 16-4 and another defeat would make them the first English top-flight team in history to lose each of their first six home matches.

Crystal Palace are on a three game winless run in the league since they beat Manchester United back in September. A goalless stalemate with Nottingham Forest was followed by defeats to Newcastle and Tottenham, which sees them sitting seven points above the relegation zone. The two loses were against the leagues inform sides, and getting his side back on track will be key. The season aim has always been a top half finish, and them remain a point off tenth place.

Burnley will be missing Beyer, Ekdal, and Cullen, while they need to check the fitness of Hedilazio, Foster, and Obafemi. Palace will be missing Tomkins and Henderson, while they need to assess Olise and Eze.

Form Last Six League Games:

Palace have failed to win any of their last five meetings with Burnley although they have managed to take seven points in their last four top flight trips to Turf Moor. They have also scored at least twice in each of these, with a 3-3 draw the result of their last trip to Lancashire. Its tough to see much changing for Burnley as their form has been abysmal. Hodgson should have enough about him to see his side get past their hosts, and I expect three points to return to London with the Eagles.

Final score: 0-3

Everton - Brighton

The Toffees are fifteenth with 10 points while the Seagulls are seventh with 17 points.

Everton managed a huge win against Burnley to reach the Carabao Cup Quarter Finals to follow up their win over West Ham. The club became the first side to prevent the Hammers scoring in a home game this term, and the result meant Everton have won five of their last seven home fixtures across all competitions. In their last four games over Liverpool have managed to score against the Toffees rear-guard, and a win here would make it three successive home wins for the first time since September 2021.

Brighton managed a draw last time out against Fulham, with young superstar Ferguson scoring a beauty for the club. The club had a well deserved week of rest with no Carabao Cup game, and De Zerbi will have been searching for an answer to their recent form. They have one win in their last seven games in all competitions, and sit six points off the Champions League places. There defence is also being questioned, with no clean sheet in eight matches adding to their woes. The commitment of the Europa League has been obvious, but Brighton are still playing some of the best football in the league.

Everton will be without Alli and Andre Gomes, while Coleman will need to be assessed. Brighton will be missing Espinola, Moder, Welbeck, and March, while they need to check on Lamptey and Estupinan.

Form Last Six League Games:

Last season both these sides enjoyed memorable victors on their opponents home turf, as Everton won 5-1 at the Amex and Brighton won 4-1 at Goodison. Sixteen goals have been scored in the previous three encounters between these sides, but with the robust defence of Everton and injury plagued attack of Brighton, I expect this one to end in a stalemate.

Final score: 1-1

Manchester City - Bournemouth

Last seasons treble winners are currently third with 24 points and will welcome seventeenth placed Bournemouth, who have 6 points, to the Etihad.

The Citizens had a week of rest having not played since they beat Manchester United last weekend. They will be aiming to make it four wins on the bounce in all competitions as they look to win a record fourth successive Premier League title. Pep's side have won all 14 of their home league games in 2023, and have won in each of their previous 21 home games in all competitions. Its a record for a side in the ENglish Premier League, and one Pep will be keen to extend here against the side they have their best ever record against.

Bournemouth lost against Liverpool during their midweek Carabao Cup fixture, but did record their first league win of the season when they overcame Burnley last weekend. Following six defeats and three draws in the league, they finally managed to put a win on the board. Iraola remains under pressure but they have climbed out of the relegation zone, and sit a point above the dotted line. They are dour points adrift of the sides ahead of them, but they will be looking to build some momentum and form. However it may have to wait, as they remain without a win in their previous 18 encounters with Manchester City.

City will be missing De Bruyne for this one. Bournemouth will be without Adams, Fredericks, Marcondes, Neto, Cook, and Randolph.

Form Last Six League Games:

Manchester City have won all 12 of their home league meetings with Bournemouth, including a 4-0 win at the Etihad last season. It is clear that City will be looking to extend that record here and will more than likely continue the 100% record they have against the Cherries, which is also an English top-flight record for a club against an opponent.

Final score: 4-1

Sheffield United - Wolves

Bottom side Sheffield United have a single point on the board as they host twelfth placed Wolves who also have 12 points.

The Blades have suffered six straight league defeats since they claimed their only point of the season, so far, against Everton back in September. Last weekend saw Heckingbottom's side lose to Arsenal as the pressure of managing in the top flight is beginning to mount. Sitting five points clear of safety and nine points off both 15th and 16th, they need a turn in fortune. Three of their next four in the league include sides who were recently promoted or finished in the bottom half last season, and claiming points in these will be a must for the club.

Wolves are on a five game unbeaten run in the Premier League, their longest streak without defeat since back in 2020. Wins over City and Bournemouth and draws with Luton, Aston Villa and Newcastle last weekend have seen the club sitting a comfortable seven points above the relegation places. They will be aiming to push into the top half with a win here, and Hwang has shown his ability by scoring in each of his last six home games. Transferring that attacking form to their away games will be key to their strong continuation of the campaign.

Sheffield United will be without Osula, Ahmedhodzic, Basham, Norrington-Davies, Lowe, Davies, Egan, and Jebbison. They will also need to check on McBurnie. Wolves will be missing Hodge, Bueno, Bellegarde, and Neto.

Form Last Six League Games:

Wolves have won each of their last three league meetings with the Blades and will be expecting to extend that run here. With a 2-0 win on their last league trip to Bramall Lane, it is likely that even putting up a strong fight wont be enough for Sheffield United. Wolves should take a comfortable win here while the Blades ponder their fate.

Final score: 0-3

Newcastle - Arsenal

Newcastle are in sixth with 17 points as they face second place Arsenal, who have 24 points.

The Geordie club overcame Manchester United in the Carabao Cup during the week to vanquish their woes from last seasons Cup final. Prior to that a draw away to Wolves and a home loss to Dortmund had dampened the clubs spirits. The club remains five points off the Champions League places, with all the sides ahead of them likely to be heavily involved in Europe in the new year. Howe will want to be among them, and Newcastle have won each of their last three Premier League home games without conceding to boost their hopes of another successful season.

The Gunners secured a win over Sheffield United last weekend in the league, but fell to West Ham in a thrilling midweek Carabao Cup clash. Arsenal will continue to wait for a trophy that have not won since 1993, as they were pressed off the park by the Hammers. Their recent league win over Sheffield United last weekend kept up their unbeaten start to the league season, and only two points off top spot. They have the best defensive record in the league away from home, having only conceded two goals on the road.

Newcastle will be without the suspended Tonali, along with Barnes, Murphy, Botman, Anderson, Isak, Miley, Manquillo, and Targett. Arsenal will be without Partey, Jesus, Smith Rowe, and Timber.

Form Last Six League Games:

Last season Howe's men secured a draw away to Arsenal, but lost 2-0 at St. James Park. Arsenal are not hitting the same heights as last season but are still a considerable force. Newcastle have suffered with European games impacting them, but are still a tough test in front of their own fans. I feel this will end as a draw.

Final score: 2-2

Nottingham Forest - Aston Villa

Nottingham Forest are in sixteenth with 10 points as they face fifth placed Aston Villa who are sitting on 22 points.

The Tricky Trees lost against Liverpool last weekend, although they put up a strong fights against the Reds. Cooper will know his side were up against it and the loss is acceptable, but the club are without a league win in six games having last tasted victory when they overcame Chelsea in early September. Five points separates them from the relegation zone, so the club know they will remain out of that mix for the time being at least. Home has been key for the club as they are unbeaten in their last seven at the City Ground, although they have drawn the last three.

The Lions overcame Luton in a comprehensive win last weekend and in doing so have won 12 home league games in a row. They have made their best start to a league campaign since 1998-99, and have seven wins from their opening ten league games for the first time in 70 years. Having scored 11 goals in their last three games across all competitions, the club are showing remarkable direction under Emery. However, their away form has been poor as the club has only managed two wins in their last nine away league games.

Nottingham Forest will be without Hudson-Odoi, Origi, Montiel, and Wood, while they need to check on Danilo. Villa will be missing Buendia, Mings, Moreno, and Ramsey, while they need to assess the fitness of Jhon Durán.

Form Last Six League Games:

Villa best Forest 2-0 at home last season but could only managed a 1-1 draw when they visited the City Ground. Their encounter in the Championship back in 2018/19 resulted in a1-3 away win for Villa and a 5-5 draw at Villa Park. Given the quality on shown by Emery's side I can only see one side wining this match, with Villa being more than capable of carving Forest open in what is sure to be a thrilling match.

Final score: 2-4

Luton - Liverpool

The Hatters sit in eighteenth with 5 points as they prepare to welcome fourth placed Liverpool who have 23 points.

Luton fell into the relegation zone last weekend as they were put to the sword by a rampant Aston Villa. Only one point from their last four league fixtures has dampened the spirits since their win over Everton. Edwards's men have conceded in each of their ten league games so far this term, and doing so again against Liverpool will see them become the first team to do so since Leicester City in 1994. While their side will be put to the test against Liverpool, Luton will be hoping for an atmosphere to match the occasion at Kenilworth road.

The Reds beat Bournemouth during their midweek Carabao Cup clash to follow on from their win over Nottingham Forest last weekend. Klopp's side have found their form and will be aiming for a fifth win in a row in all competitions here. They have managed to score at least twice in each of their last six matches continentally and domestically as they sit only three points off top spot. While the club will be dreaming of success on all front, maintaining their position in the top four will be paramount over the coming weeks and months for Klopp.

Luton will be missing Andersen, Potts, Lokonga, and Burke, while they have doubts over the fitness of Bell and Clark. Liverpool will be without Robertson, Bajcetic, and Thiago, while Luis Diaz is unlikely to feature due to the kidnapping of his father.

Form Last Six League Games:

The last three meetings between these sides have been in the FA Cup, with a draw in 2008 at Kenilworth Road followed by a 5-0 win for Liverpool at Anfield. Before that Liverpool won 3-5 at Kenilworth Road in 2006, but the last league meeting between these sides saw Liverpool win 2-1 at home in 1992, and draw 0-0 away in the same season. All in all it should be a comfortable win for Klopp's men, but they will need to ensure no complacency comes into their minds.

Final score: 0-3

Tottenham - Chelsea

League leader Tottenham have 26 points as they face London rivals Chelsea, who are sitting in eleventh with 12 points.

Spurs managed to beat Crystal Palace last weekend and due to scheduling the squad will have had the benefit of 10 days rest between fixtures. Postecoglou's side have won all four of their home matches so far in the league this season and remain the only unbeaten team in the league alongside Arsenal. Their only dropped points were away to Arsenal, and a 100% record shows Agne's methods are working. They have conceded just twice in their last four in the league as their defence is matching the attacking output.

Chelsea lost to Brentford last weekend as Pochettino prepares to return to Tottenham for the first time since 2019. A win over Blackburn in the midweek Carabao Cup clash will have raised spirits, but the loss last weekend will be tough to take after their improvement in form included wins over Fulham and Burnley along with a draw with Arsenal. Attacking output has been the main issue, with striker Jackson only netting twice so far for the club. Their only other win this season was against Brighton in the Carabao Cup and the club needs some firm direction going forward to surge back into the top half.

Spurs will be without Whiteman, Solomon, Sessegnon, and Perisic. They will also need to assess Udogie and Davies. Chelsea will be without Wesley Fofana, Chilwell, Lavia, Nkunku, Chalobah, and Chukwuemeka. They will also need to check the fitness of Broja and Mudryk.

Form Last Six League Games:

Spurs beat Chelsea at home 2-0 back in February, with these sides 2-2 at Stamford Bridge in August of last season. With such contrasts in their form this season it is difficult to see how this match will unfold. Spurs are in unprecedented territory with their current run, and Postecoglou will be keen to extend their run here. Chelsea will put up a strong fight and Pochettino will want to show his old club what he can still do, therefore I think this will be a close fought game where the end result will be a draw.

Final score: 1-1
