The fourth round games are due to take place on the weekend of the 27th/28th of January 2024. Any of the sides needing to replay their match following a draw will have completed that game before the fourth round begins. The draw was as follows:

The Premier League action returns next weekend, although only half of the sides are playing due to the mid season break. The other ten sides will play their games the following weekend, with Round 21 being split over two weekends to ensure players get a rest.
