As the company runs its 2nd governance vote, the stage is set for a pivotal moment in the evolution of SHx. Holders called to take a very importand decision.

The 2nd vote, already started and originaly scheduled from April 22nd to April 26th, 2024 (vote now HERE if you are a $SHx holder) . At its core, the proposal seeks to establish a public governance venue, providing SHx holders with a platform to submit and discuss governance proposals. This move towards inclusivity reflects Stronghold's commitment to democratizing decision-making processes and empowering its community members. The main idea behind the proposal is to create a public place where SHx holders can share their ideas and talk about how they think things should be managed. This venue will give them a space to submit their proposals and have discussions about them with others in the community.

Integral to the proposal is the exclusion of SHx holders bound by the requirements of the StrongholdNET terms of membership. In simple words there is a rule that prevents SHx holders who are part of StrongholdNET from taking part in the vote. By limiting participation to those not bound by these terms, Stronghold aims to ensure a fair and transparent governance process that represents the broader SHx community's interests.

Central to the proposal's vision is the establishment of a voting proxy, administered by Stronghold, to represent StrongholdNET members in governance decisions. This proxy mechanism seeks to bridge the gap between StrongholdNET members and the broader SHx community, ensuring that all voices are heard and considered in the governance process.
