In my earlier post I mentioned that I was going to make a collection of Splinterlands' trading cards, which might make me a millionaire in 10 years or so. Well, actually I know about Magic: The Gathering and survivorship bias. However, as long as I'd got two Splinterlands' Starter Packs for free (normally they're sold at $10 each), I decided I could spend a bit of my time on the game.

Then in my other earlier post I mentioned that my Steam fork affair ended with a $28.95 inwastement into Splinterlands' game credits...

So, from now on I must play the game -- I want my $28.95 back!

It's not possible to exchange Splinterlands credits back to USD. The most straightforward way to have them back is to play the game to earn DEC tokens to swap the tokens into STEEM or whatever to sell it at an exchange for USDT, PAX, DAI or alike.

In other words, now mastering Splinterlands is not a hobby for me anymore. It's a matter of principle! I have to fight to get my money back!

And I've already got the very first card for my collection -- a Golden Baby Unicorn!

I believe it's a good sign!
