A billionaire tweeted and many of crypto wallets took a hit. A day does not pass where the irony is not lost on me. The most decentralised financial system ever, seems to live or die off of a blue bird app though there to this than meets the eye. It is the entire core of the issue. We are decentralised. A huge portion of the globe barely knows about crypto outside of Bitcoin, fewer are invested and fewer yet dive deep into the alt coins. 

We live and die off mainstream attention, and who is more main stream than one of the richest men alive. Forget saints, these are the new messiahs whom people turn to in their times of need, and Elon has not been doing us any favours in the past couple of days. Even though the banking system eats three times the energy bitcoin does, all those media campaigns have paid off. For the moment. 

Yes it was a bad bear day, and wallets got bit. It is not pretty and the paper hands are selling. Though there should be this thought in all HODLers heads, that we have no Federal reserves or politicians to back us up. All we have is, us to go against the bear days. We cannot always have green returns and that is okay.

In fact this can be sign for good days to come. Surviving a second bull then bear run means crypto does play by some universal laws which can only power mass adoption. This is not some pyramid scheme cooked up over the internet. This is the future of our finances playing by some market rules. 

Surely there were bad days when shells were the means of trade when one chief decided to suddenly take a fancy to the blue shells instead of the red. So whatever this storm will throw at us, we’ll get through it.

People said bitcoin was dead after $15k USD, before it rebounded to a staggering $60K. Now we go through the new cycle, and though the moon wanes, it will be full again.
