New Sponsorship from the LTC Foundation

For those of you unfamiliar with it, the Litecoin Foundation is an organisation with the objective of advancing Litecoin around the globe

This is not the foundation's first rodeo when it comes to advertising LTC to the mainstream.

Last year they were named the official cryptocurrency of the Miami Dolphins 

Before that they went into the UFC, as they sponsored the fight between Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson

To be honest with You I can't recall any other cryptocurrency sponsoring in such a way. The closest thing that comes to mind is Watford FC being sponsored by Sportsbet.io

The film in question

Is called We summon the Darkness. At first glance it looks like an horror film. From the looks of the tweet from the LTC foundation and the trailer it doesn't look too much like it.

That being said I won't get too much into details for those of You who might want to see it.

The cast also has important people behind it, such as Jimmy Knoxville, co-founder of Jackass Amy Forsyth and Alexandra Daddario

Conclussion

Even though I don't have much faith in the project from LTC I really like the efforts to bring cryptocurrency adoption into the mainstream that the LTC foundation is doing. 

For me it is unexpected to see that amount of sponsorships for Litecoin. It should also be taken into account that these are huge sponsorships. I would have expected more massive attempts to promote cryptocurrencies by enthusiasts of ETH, BTC or BCH

I really hope to see more cryptocurrency sponsorships out there
