What does Twitter and Profile picture NFT have in common?

By ArtMoz | CryptoFew | 22 Feb 2022

Bye Bye CTRL+C and CTRL+V of an NFT on Twitter.

It might be some time now, but not many know that Twitter officially integrated use of Etherium based NFTs in it's Twitter Blue program.

The program it self is a paid membership, with the price of 2.99 $ a month.

According to twitter help site - it is only available in US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Right now, we’re offering Twitter Blue on Twitter for iOS, Android and web in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

How did they manage to stop people from just right clicking and saving the NFT? Well You can still do that, but everyone will know you did that, since You won't have  the special frame that proves Your profile picture is actually Your NFT.

Ordinary frames are circles, while linked ETH address with twitter and the NFT in that address will give You rectangular frame for Your NFT.

While this seems like a small step, it actually is a nice move to implement Profile picture NFTs into social media and I personally think this might blow up and keep the PFP NFTs attractive.
