The US president: "If Facebook and other companies want to become a bank" must be subject to all banking regulations, just like other banks, both national and international ". Then mobilizes the government for the" freedom "on social media

Donald Trump has criticized Bitcoin and Libra, the cryptocurrency announced by Facebook, because if unregulated it could facilitate "illegal behavior, including drug trafficking and other illegal activities". "I'm not a fan of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, which are not money and whose value is highly volatile and based on nothing", tweeted Trump. "If Facebook and other companies want to become a bank," the US president noted, "they must be subject to all banking regulations, just like other banks, both domestic and international"

The president mobilizes the government for "freedom" on social media.

Then Trump gets angry with the social media, which he said would discriminate against the voices of conservatives. "I am ordering my administration to explore every regulatory and legislative solution to protect all Americans' rights to freedom of expression. We hope to see more transparency, more responsibility and more freedom," the American president tweeted after denouncing at a summit on social media alleged discrimination against more conservative posts.
