In addition to the offices, on board the boat anchored in the Gulf of Panama there will also be restaurants, casinos, medical facilities and even a water park.

Soon the startups operating in the cryptocurrency sector will have a new home on the ocean: it is the cruise ship "Satoshi", which is about to set sail in the waters of Panama and will function as a technology hub dedicated to all the companies in the sector who wish to rent it. a space.

This was revealed by Ocean Builders, a company that deals with the construction of floating houses and residences and which for its latest project dedicated to the world of cryptocurrencies has decided to reconvert an existing cruise ship.

The name of the boat was not chosen by chance: Satoshi Nakamoto is in fact the pseudonym of the inventor of Bitcoin, certainly the most famous cryptocurrency on the world scene.

The ship will be stationed in the Gulf of Panama, and has the goal of becoming a hub of technology and innovation for the whole territory. Inside, digital nomads and entrepreneurs in the sector will be able to get in touch with each other and collaborate in the development of new technological solutions based on cryptography and blockchain.

"Our aim is to understand how to live sustainably by the sea by tracing a new route towards this frontier".

In fact, Satoshi will not be a simple cluster of offices on the sea: inside it will find restaurants, casinos, medical facilities and even a water park: payments for the services offered can be made in dollars and obviously also in digital currencies.

The spaces for startups are obviously limited: there are 777 cabins available, with prices ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 dollars to which monthly fees must be paid to take advantage of all the services offered on board. The first 200 seats will be offered during auctions to be held from 5 to 28 November.
