Visa Settling the Funds with USDC with Solana Blockchain!

Visa Settling the Funds with USDC with Solana Blockchain!

By Novasky | DevPress | 18 Dec 2025

Circle's USDC and Tether's USDT are two of the  most popular blockchain based stablecoins. And they are literally on every blockchain, be it Tron, ethereum, Solana, avalanche and many others. USDC has been getting a lot of traction in the EU. And they seem to have managed to get most of the licenses to trade USD, EUR and few other stablecoins too.

Visa has been in the integration with the USDC and making the sender and acquirer at the bank level transactions using the Solana. And this means the Solana has been in the heavy work in the settlement ledger for the stablecoins with Visa.

Currently the cross river bank and the Lead bank are the one that are settling for the Visa and the Solana blockchain. In 2026 and ahead more banks would be being part of this to settle the funds across the world. So it seems like Solana is getting the SWIFT and IBAN level exposure for the stablecoin and foreign funds settlement.

Validator is being setup on the Circloe's arc blockchain which validates the settlements on the Solana. Based on the data, $3.5 billion annualized run rate has been achieved and more is on the line too. This is being rolled out all over the USA and more nations would follow based on the Visa's expansion.
