Upbit Korea hacked again $36 Million On Solana Network!

South korean exchanges are the reason often the alt season gets movement. And they are also the reasons a lot of tokens get rugged or get hacked. Like remember the past korean cases of the tokens going rugpull? Yes upbit is not going down in hack first time. It happened before. There were many coins and tokens which caused that.

Now again this year we have Upbit korea getting hacked on Solana network. Here's one analysis from the chain on the hack that happened for the exchange.

However unlike WazirX exchange which kind of made it worst for the consumers. You can see how the South korean exchange made it difficult with the hacks and so they have certain insured percent for the hack scenarios so now the people would continue to get loss recovered.

This doesn't mean they are off the hook. They are going to have their own set of the issues with the compliance. And they would be getting checked from US, South korean police and variety of other international investor appeals. So this is going strong.

Let's see how this case settles and how the life goes back to normal for the consumers. I feel Solana remains unaffected while the exchange recovers the hacked funds.
