Taiwan Vs China - Impact on Crypto Market

USA - one of those imperial nations that has kept the world hostage on their currency and the policies. If they don't like something they want entire world to boycott or put sanctions on. They pick up fight with Russia, used Ukraine and now they want entire world to have sanctions and breaking of relationship with Russia. They now move to Taiwan, pick up fight with China and want rest of the world to boycott china. What next? Palestine vs Israel, India vs Pakistan? Iran vs Iraq?.. The greed of this nation never stops in selling Arms and controlling world Economy.

Now the pendulum is on the Taiwan vs China conflict. And it is going to have some conflict on Electronics markets in near future. This also means that we are going to have issue on the Crypto market too. So what are possible changes in near future.

Here is my speculation (It is speculation, so treat it as such).

Chinese & Taiwanese Exchanges Sailing out of Region

Say you are an exchange that deals with international forex and crypto. You may not want to be in the middle of conflict. So you'd be moving your HQ in the nations which are tax heavens or regions which are neither controlled by USA or China in any way at this point. So you can expect like Binance, many other exchanges would be moving in neutral zones or zones which are safer.

You can expect entrepreneurs in these regions to move to EU and other zones to avoid the conflict. I won't be surprised if those business people choose some nations from Africa, Middle east or some Asian nations like Singapore and India for setting up their business. I think they are going to make that progress slow and steady and I suppose this change is going to happen.

SWIFT Alternative in form of Crypto

We have seen how sanctions break the business for small nations. I am pretty sure small nations want to get an alternative in the form of crypto. Because this way they would be out of the clutches of the USD. And they also don't want Yuan to be controlling them. So they want something like crypto. Expect bitcoin or maybe even Ethereum being an anchor in this space.

Why do we want SWIFT alternative? Because anything in control of the Imperial nations is going to be affecting every small nation out there. That's what every nation that has suffered in this recession should be thinking in near future. Collaborating with non-imperial nations is going to be crucial as well. So world needs an alternative that is not controlled by US, UK and Europe.

Expensive Mining, Expensive Blockchain Projects and Slow Growth

A lot of mining specific projects are going to be expensive. Just like how the electronics turned out to be more expensive during the Pandemic. This would happen once again during the Taiwan conflict. Because majority of the Electronics hubs are there. China does have more stronger supply chain but you already know picking side here is even more expensive.

Blockchain projects may not get the funds they deserve during this phase, which means overall cost of development, churn and the exit would be costly in this phase. Which in turn means that there is going to be a slow growth. Some of the time we may feel like coming out of recession but that would be temporary. USA causing the drama all over world is not going to make this decade easier for the rest of the world.

That's it. This is my speculation on how the conflicts around the world are going to affect the rest of the world and their economic condition. We will see what things may change in near future. For now I feel expensive growth is in the cards if I were to be any tarot reader lol.

Let's hope the year ends on a positive note.
