Samsung is now attempting to get into crypto the hard way. So they are building the local wallet. So that wallet would contain certain set of the tokens. Like say stablecoins, btc, eth and others. So who knows Samsung may come up with native tokens which would be useful for their own ecosystem and gaming. 

For now they are kind of adding the stablecoin support. And this support is being given through the Solana blockchain. So it'd be something pushing the Solana further ahead. 

So this wallet and the Galaxy Card along with the Solana push would be something they wish to execute through the fintech company known as Rain. So the crypto wallet and the tokens along with the support for the Visa and Mastercard. This would be a good direciton for the crypto on the card and the wallet. 

In the grand scheme this would be a good ecosystem change for the Samsung. And considering this would make finances easier on Galaxy devices for the users. You can check the event here.
