Real world asset turning into crypto tokens is going to be a norm. RWAs are making the tokens more easily accessible as the consumer does not have to do anything big or different. So it'd be reasonable for the people to consider the USPC tokens. Now these days a lot of tokens are built on real estate, gold, future contracts and variety of human items that are used in everyday life. 

There is a platform called republic that is allowing the RWAs like USP hosted on it's platform. This would make it easier for those platform to host the tokens and single point of contact for purchase and sales of those type of the tokens. I have realized that it can be pretty cool to have such tokens before govt can decide to do this themselves and then force it on us.

Remember shark tank where a guy did this and people called it ponzi scheme. And now same token is being sold under different tech like blockchain and the tokens. And the people are starting to accept the same. It would be pretty cool to see how the development of such tokens make things easier for the people as they happen to make the life easier with the real estate investment and they don't have to maintain the places either. It's like giving rent apartment and don't have to worry about all compliance and cleaning. 

Such tokens however need to be regulated by govt because there is a heavy chance of scam. And also there would be chances that fake properties can be sold. And also properties that generate no revenue are being sold or being invested into. So having the govt regulation is one of the ways this things can be changed. Let's see where things work out and how life in general goes for the RWAs.
